Message	to revisit the TPS signal. Pulled the connector up a little to get a better look for damage, none found, then turned the key on and the voltage was there! What I found was one of my DMM extension cable was defective. Anyway thanks for the comments and now everything appears to be ok. Moving forward I will check/adjust the timing tomorrow and hopefully get to take her for a long overdue spin. Cheers!
